La feina silenciosa de millorar una botiga en línia
Una botiga en línia es forma amb moltes decisions petites: com es nomenen els productes, on viu la informació i què passa després que un visitant triï una acció.
Aquesta nota de camp es publica en anglès.
An online store is shaped by many small decisions: how products are named, where information lives and what happens after a visitor chooses an action. Improvement does not need to begin with a complete redesign.
Find repeated sources of confusion
Look for questions that recur across navigation, product content and customer support. A confusing label may appear in several places because it comes from a shared field. Fixing the underlying structure can make multiple pages clearer at once.
Prioritise a connected journey
Choose a journey and follow it carefully. Review the entry page, the information available along the way and the state after the main action. This is often more useful than polishing isolated sections without understanding how they relate.
Keep the site maintainable
Leave behind clear content patterns and reusable components. Record the intention behind a change so future updates do not undo it accidentally. A considered storefront supports the people maintaining it as well as the people browsing it, and it can keep improving without losing its coherence.
