AI workflow study / Étude interactive
Customer communication agent.
A customer-reply workflow that identifies missing context and prepares a draft for human review.
Un workflow, avec intention
Helpful communication starts with context.
Comprendre l'entrée. Faire une proposition utile. Laisser la décision finale au relecteur.
Le contexte
Une tâche ciblée.
Une prochaine étape utile.
A quick reply is only useful if it is accurate. This study uses a fictional delivery enquiry to demonstrate how an assistant can recognise missing information, prepare a clear response and leave the sending decision with a person. It has no inbox, order-system or messaging connection.
Workflow design & interactive prototype
Construit comme un prototype de workflow interactif. La démonstration utilise des réponses d'exemple prédéfinies et ne se connecte ni à un modèle IA ni à un système métier en production.

think in steps.
Choose a workflow, inspect the sample input and review the proposed output. You make the final call.
Prepare a helpful reply to a fictional delivery enquiry, ready for a person to review.
Sample message: “My order has not arrived. Can you help?” No order record, delivery estimate or customer information is connected to this demonstration.
- 01Understand the sample enquiry
- 02Identify missing information
- 03Prepare a reply for review
Your review workspace.
Run the example to reveal the proposed changes.
This browser simulation demonstrates the workflow and interface. Its sample responses are predefined; it does not call an AI model, access a store or publish changes.
Dans le travail
Pensé autour de
la décision.
- 01
A fictional delivery enquiry containing no personal customer data.
- 02
A workflow that separates understanding the request from checking the facts.
- 03
A draft response that asks for necessary context rather than inventing an order status.
- 04
A review interaction that never sends a message or contacts a customer.
