Tak. Zaczynamy od Twojej instalacji i ograniczeń. Ukierunkowane usprawnienie lub integracja bywa lepsza niż przebudowa — opcje i kompromisy wyjaśnimy, z kosztami, przed zobowiązaniem.
03Jak ustalane są koszt, terminy i SLA?
Po discovery wydajemy jasno określoną propozycję: deliverable'e, kamienie milowe, harmonogram, wsparcie i warunki SLA. Start po akceptacji; każda zmiana jest przeokreślana pisemnie przed dalszą pracą.
